# Mummy Scape needs tomb raiders: join the Android beta

*October 11, 2026*

Google Play asks for a group of testers before a game can launch. Two weeks of playing, a few minutes a day, and you help Mummy Scape get out of the tomb.

[Mummy Scape](/games/mummy-scape/) is sitting in Google Play's closed testing, waiting for its turn. Before a new developer account can publish a game to everyone, Google asks for a group of testers to have it installed and playing for fourteen days in a row. That's where you come in.

## What testing involves

- An Android phone or tablet and the Google account you use on it.
- Opening the game every so often for two weeks. Playing a tomb or two is plenty.
- If something breaks, looks wrong or is too hard, telling us. That's the whole job.

## How to join

Fill in the [beta form](/support/?game=mummy-scape&intent=beta) with your Google Play email and whether you'll play on a phone or a tablet. We'll add you to the tester list and send you the link. The form is for adults; if a younger explorer wants in, a parent or guardian should sign up with their own account.

Bring a torch.
