Who we are and how to reach us

ARKD BOX is the games label of Luis Serrano (“Luis Nomad”), based in Spain. This page covers Joel Football, Mummy Scape and the Tabletop Racing Simulator browser preview, and it separates the data inside the games from the information you send through this website. Games that aren’t out yet (Kick or Treat, MoonBeat) will be listed here with their own details before this page applies to them.

For help, privacy questions or requests about information you’ve sent us, use the help form and pick the game so we can route your request, or email arkdbox@gmail.com.

Joel Football

The Android game works offline, needs no account and has no ads, analytics, telemetry or automatic crash reporting. The Android app does not request Internet permission. Settings and progress stay on the device. Vibration may be used for gameplay feedback.

The browser version needs a connection to load its files and saves progress in your browser’s storage. Our web host necessarily receives connection information (such as your IP address) when serving those files.

Mummy Scape

The current Android game plays offline and has no accounts, advertising, game analytics or automatic crash uploads. Level progress, coins, Magic Flames, local scores and the score names you type are saved on the device. They are not a public online leaderboard.

On first launch the game measures graphics performance locally to choose a detail setting. That measurement and the saved preference are not sent to us. The Android build declares Internet permission, but the current gameplay does not use it to send personal data to us.

Tabletop Racing Simulator (browser preview)

The preview runs entirely in your browser. It has no account, ads or analytics. Settings, tracks you build and progress are saved in your browser’s storage. As with any website, our host receives connection information when serving the game’s files.

Local saves and device services

Clearing app or browser data removes local saves. Device or browser backup services may keep and restore data according to your settings; we don’t receive or control those backups, and we can’t recover saves or scores from your device.

Google Play and your device’s operating system process installation, purchase and diagnostic information under their own policies. The store listing, when available, shows each release’s price and availability.

Children and families

The games don’t ask children to send us personal information. Score names in Mummy Scape stay on the device; a nickname is enough. Our help and testing forms are for adults, parents or guardians. Please don’t send a child’s name, photos, address or other identifying details.

Support and Android testing

When you contact us we receive the game you selected, your contact email, your optional name and device details, and your message. A test-access request also includes your Google Play email, your phone/tablet choice and your adult confirmation. We use these details to answer you, investigate an issue or arrange the testing you asked for. A request doesn’t guarantee immediate access.

Netlify processes form submissions to deliver them to us. Test-access emails may be added to the relevant Google Play testers list. We don’t sell support information or add it to advertising lists.

We process support requests to give you the help you asked for and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in fixing problems and improving reliability. Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Testing details are kept while we manage the test you asked for. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, we keep your email address, your name if you give one, which language list you joined, and when you signed up and confirmed. Nothing is sent until you confirm by clicking the link in our first email (double opt-in). The newsletter is for adults: by signing up you confirm you’re 18 or older, or a parent or guardian.

We use these details only to send ARKD BOX news: new games, betas, updates, and occasional discount codes or giveaways. Each giveaway publishes its own rules before it starts. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the one-click unsubscribe link in every email. The same page lets you erase your details completely.

The list lives on our own server, using the open-source listmonk software. Emails are delivered by Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) from its EU region in Stockholm. Our emails carry no tracking pixels and we don’t track the links you click. We do receive delivery reports (for example, an address that no longer exists or a message marked as spam) so we can stop sending to it. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

This website

arkdbox.com doesn’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. It’s hosted on Netlify, which receives standard connection information to serve pages. Fonts and images are served from this site.

A few preferences (sound on or off, the CRT effect, your colour palette and the number of credits you’ve inserted) are saved in your own browser’s local storage so the site remembers them. They never leave your device and you can clear them with your browser’s site data settings.

Mummy Scape and Kick or Treat trailers are hosted here. Joel Football’s trailer plays from YouTube, and only loads when you press play; at that point YouTube may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port the personal information you’ve sent us, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the help form or email arkdbox@gmail.com to exercise these rights. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Spain that’s the AEPD (aepd.es).

Content, licence and consumer rights

Each game’s code, design, characters, artwork, music and sounds belong to their creators or are used under the relevant licences. You get a personal, non-commercial licence to play. It doesn’t allow selling or redistributing the game’s assets separately. The ARKD BOX name, logo and ARKD TYPE alphabet belong to ARKD BOX.

Availability, pricing and purchase terms are shown by the relevant storefront. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights, including those that apply to paid digital content. We’ll update this page when game features or data practices change.
