Something broke, something's too hard, or you want a game before it reaches the store? Tell us here. A real person reads every message, usually within a couple of days.
Before you write
- Saves and progress live on your device. If you clear the app’s data or the browser’s storage, your progress goes with it.
- Browser games work best in an up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. If a game shows a black screen, reload the page once.
- Getting a game early on Android: the game is finished, Google just makes new games wait a couple of weeks before they appear in the Play Store. Once we add your email you’ll get a link; tap it and install the game from the Play Store like any other app.
- Getting a game early on iPhone or iPad: the game is finished and waiting for Apple to check it. We’ll email you an invite; open it on your device, install TestFlight (Apple’s free app for games that aren’t in the App Store yet) and the game installs from there.
These forms are for grown-ups. Kids, ask a parent or guardian to write to us for you. Please don't send a child's personal details.
